1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Nuwelith, its Google Workspace integration, and this website. The service is operated by Jonathan Newell. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the integration and revoke any existing authorization.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to use any account or organizational data you connect.
2. What the service provides
Nuwelith provides an OAuth integration for using the gws command-line tool with Google Workspace. Depending on your permissions and configuration, it enables actions involving email, files, calendars, documents, and other enabled Workspace services.
This website is the public application information and policy site. It does not itself provide a hosted Workspace dashboard or a Google login form. Access to the integration may depend on availability, invitation, your Google account, and Google’s approval or organization policies.
3. Your account & actions
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the commands, scripts, assistants, and automations you authorize. Keep credentials secure and review actions that send messages, publish or share content, change access, overwrite files, or delete data.
Automation can perform actions quickly and repeatedly. Verify inputs and destinations, keep appropriate backups, and review generated content before relying on it. You retain responsibility for complying with your organization’s policies and obtaining permission to process other people’s information.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only with accounts and data you are permitted to access. You must not use it to:
- Gain unauthorized access, bypass security or permission controls, or expose another person’s credentials.
- Send spam, harassment, malware, or deceptive communications.
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, contractual duties, or applicable laws.
- Disrupt the service, abuse API quotas, or circumvent Google’s API restrictions.
Your use of Google Workspace, gws, and any connected services is also governed by their applicable terms, licenses, and policies.
5. Your content & connected services
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the processing of that content only as needed to carry out your requests and provide the integration as described in the Privacy Policy.
Google and any third-party tools you connect operate independently. Their availability, security, data practices, and outputs are subject to their own terms. Nuwelith is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. An AI assistant or other tool connected by you may receive Workspace data and take actions through your authorized environment.
6. Availability & warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of your data. Google APIs, permissions, quotas, and upstream tools may change or become unavailable.
We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the service, including when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or changes to Google’s requirements.
7. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jonathan Newell and Nuwelith are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing operations that may alter, send, share, or delete your data.
8. Ending use & updates
You can stop using the service at any time and remove authorization through Google Account connections. Revoking access does not reverse earlier actions or delete data already saved elsewhere. See the Privacy Policy for deletion options.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
