1. Who we are & what this covers

Nuwelith (the “application,” “we,” or “us”) is operated by Jonathan Newell. This policy covers the Nuwelith Google Workspace integration used with the gws command-line tool and this website at https://gws.newellcloud.tech. Contact Savedbygrace251@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

The website provides application information and policies. It does not offer Google sign-in, collect OAuth tokens, or receive the contents of your Google Workspace through a website form.

2. Data the integration can access

Access depends on the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen and the commands or workflows you run. Depending on those permissions, data can include:

  • Account information: your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information used to identify the connected account.
  • Gmail: message content, headers, recipients, labels, drafts, and attachments needed to read, organize, draft, or send mail.
  • Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides: file metadata, file contents, document text, spreadsheet values, presentation content, and sharing information needed for requested file and editing operations.
  • Calendar, contacts, and other enabled Workspace services: event details and attendees, contact information, tasks, chat content, meeting information, or administration data when you explicitly authorize the corresponding service and use its commands.
  • Authorization credentials: access and refresh tokens used by the configured CLI environment to make authorized requests to Google.

Listing a data category here does not itself grant access. Google permissions, your account privileges, and the tools you configure determine actual access. Do not grant permissions for services you do not need.

3. How data is used

The integration uses Google data to perform the Workspace tasks you request, return their results, and support workflows you configure. This can include retrieving information, creating or editing content, sending messages, updating calendar events, or changing files and sharing settings. Sending or sharing actions disclose data to the recipients you select.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build unrelated profiles. Google data is not used to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Nuwelith’s handling of information obtained through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage, retention & security

The gws tool runs on the computer or server where you configure it. Authorization credentials are kept by that environment using its configured credential storage. Command results, downloaded files, logs, and exports may remain on that system or in destinations you choose. They are not uploaded to this static website.

Credentials may remain until you remove them or disconnect the account. Locally saved files and workflow output remain until you delete them under the retention settings of the tools you use. Files, messages, and events created in Google Workspace remain in Google until you delete them there.

Google API requests use HTTPS. Protect the devices, service accounts, credentials, logs, and storage used by your workflows. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you send. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Do not include passwords or access tokens in support messages.

5. Sharing & connected tools

Google processes API requests as the provider of your Workspace account. Data may also be shared with recipients or destinations you select when you send messages, share files, export content, or run a configured workflow.

If you explicitly connect gws to an AI assistant, an automation service, or another third-party tool, the data returned to that tool can be processed and retained by its provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Authorize that connection only after reviewing which content will be sent and the provider’s data controls. This website does not automatically send Workspace data to an AI provider.

Any transfer of Google user data by Nuwelith is limited to providing the user-facing functions you authorize, security purposes, legal requirements, or a transfer of the application with your prior consent. We do not permit human access to your Google content except with your affirmative agreement for specific data, when needed for security, or as required by law.

6. Website data & cookies

This static website uses no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or browser storage. Fonts, styles, and images are served with the site rather than requested from third-party asset services.

The hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure processes normal request information such as IP address, request path, browser information, time, and response status. Operational logs may retain that information for delivery, troubleshooting, and security under the hosting system’s log rotation settings. These website requests do not contain Workspace content unless you include it in a URL; please do not do so.

External links open services with their own privacy policies. Clicking an email link opens your email application.

7. Disconnecting & deleting data

  • Revoke access: visit Google Account connections, select Nuwelith, and remove its access. This prevents future access through that authorization.
  • Remove local data: remove saved credentials through your CLI’s account controls and delete any local exports, outputs, or logs you no longer need. Revoking permission does not automatically erase existing copies.
  • Remove data held elsewhere: delete content in Google Workspace or request deletion from connected tools where you chose to store or process it.
  • Contact the operator: email Savedbygrace251@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by us. We may need to verify your identity. Information required for legal or security purposes may be retained where permitted.

8. Children & policy changes

Nuwelith is intended for people managing their own Workspace workflows and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Before using Google data for a new purpose or in a materially different way, we will update the disclosure and obtain any required consent.
